An Introductory Workshop for Women

Reconnect with your body, release what no longer serves you and awaken your feminine energy.

HEAL & DANCE: Awaken Within is a nurturing two-hour workshop combining conscious movement, free dance, guided meditation, chakra work and the healing energy of a women’s circle.

This is not a dance class. There are no steps to learn and no need to perform. It is a safe and welcoming space in which you can slow down, listen to your body, express yourself freely and reconnect with the woman within you.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

During the workshop, you will be invited to:

 release stress and emotions held within your body
 reconnect with your feminine power
 strengthen your confidence and sense of self-worth
 awaken your creativity, sensuality and joy
 find greater peace and inner balance
 express yourself freely, without fear or judgement
 experience the support of a safe and nurturing women’s circle

No previous dance or meditation experience is required.

Simply come as you are.

The entire workshop will be held in English and is open to both Slovak and international women. You do not need perfect English — you only need to feel comfortable following simple guidance and sharing the experience with other women.
